Seems to me that it is business as usual for those who have te luxury of paying off police escorts to stop traffic for them. Not to be rebutted again that poor old Noynoy has better things to do than enforce this law against illegal use of sirens, but this is one of his famous lines

during his inagural speech. So what happen to this campaign? Where are they now? LTO and PNP Highway Patrol Group where are you now, now that media is not there to cover your actions?
